Our Story
Sieda Milling is owned and run by 3rd generation farmers, Shiane and Matt. We run our farming operation alongside Shiane's parents and together we are committed to producing high quality crops, wool and lamb. We take great pride in our products, knowing they are a true representation of our hard work, dedication and love of agriculture
Sieda Milling took root during our participation in a Farm Managers Program in 2023, a significant experience that ignited our passion for innovation and inspired us to explore exciting new horizons within our industry.
Our milling process ensures that our flour retains all of its natural goodness, including the bran and wheat germ, which are often removed in industrial milling. We are proud to provide our customers with fresh, flavourful flour that is perfect for all of their baking needs.
