This Quick Skillet Bread is simple, nourishing, and ready in under 30 minutes. Whether you serve it plain or topped with herbs and cheese like we did, it’s guaranteed to be a hit with your family.

Quick Skillet Bread Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups Sieda Wholegrain All-Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
2 Tbsp olive oil
Method
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
Add water and olive oil, stirring until just combined.
Spread the dough into a greased cast-iron skillet or baking dish.
Bake at 200°C for 25–30 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
Serve warm with butter, soup, or alongside your favourite dinner. It’s also delicious topped with herbs, garlic, or grated cheese before baking.
